Air Supremacy units feature a superior air management technology that produces an air curtain (a virtual force field of frigid air) which keeps food at a safe temperature in even the toughest real-world foodservice situations.

Designed to stay at temp under harsh conditions

The Air Supremacy unit maintains a food temperature of 40°F for 240 minutes with the door open in room temperatures of 75°F and 35-45% humidity—while the competition can only maintain 40°F for 60 minutes under those conditions. But when’s the last time you were in a kitchen that was a comfortable 75°F?

When you’re in the middle of a dinner rush and trying to get 2,000 meals out, the kitchen heats up fast. So, unlike the competition, we test our Air Supremacy unit under real world conditions. It’s been designed to maintain 40°F temperatures for 180 minutes with the door open in actual room temperatures of 90°F and 35-45% humidity.

Most impressive of all, the powerful air-curtain feature actually cools down our units faster with the doors open than the competition does with their doors CLOSED! Even with the door wide open, our unit beats the competition.

While the cooling technology is eye opening, there’s a lot to love about this unit. Features include a 270° door swing with magnetic catches that prevent the doors from slipping closed, giving you full access to the interior for easy loading and unloading. Also, the Air Supremacy unit gives you the flexibility to use the air-screen or use the unit as a standard refrigerator.
